| 摘 要： | 目的了解糖尿病（DM）合并急性胰腺炎（AP）的临床特点，提高对糖尿病并发急性胰腺炎的诊断及治疗的认识。方法回顾性分析苏州大学附属第一医院2007年1月-2011年1月糖尿病并发急性胰腺炎40例的临床资料，总结糖尿病并发急性胰腺炎的临床特点。结果40例中12例（30．0％）临床诊断为急性重症胰腺炎，8例（20．0％）合并糖尿病酮症酸中毒（DKA），22例（55．0％）有胆源性疾病，22例（55．0％）有高脂血症。36例（90．0％）经过内科保守治疗治愈，3例（7．5％）死亡，1例（2．5％）转上海医院继续治疗。结论糖尿病病人常并发代谢紊乱，导致高脂血症、胆石症，易诱发胰腺炎，并发DKA，AP患者急性炎症反应又加重各器官的损害，如此反复形成恶性循环，病情较重，应及早诊治，综合治疗，提高治愈率。
