摘    要:消化系统肿瘤的发生、发展是一个多因素、多突变积累的过程,其发病机制尚不十分清楚,研究与之相关蛋白质的过度表达或异常激活是目前研究的热点。以β-catenin为中心的Wnt信号通路和STAT3信号通路均与消化系统肿瘤密切相关,并且在许多肿瘤的致癌过程中表现出相关性,是目前肿瘤信号传导通路研究的热点。随着对肿瘤发病机制研究的不断深入,人们已逐渐认识到信号传导通路中某些关键基因相互作用的重要性。鉴于此,本文论述了β-catenin和STAT3基因在消化系统肿瘤中的作用及二者在致癌过程中的相互作用。

Abstract:The genesis and development of degistive tumor is a cumulative process that includes multiple factors and multimutation.At present,the pathogenesis of it is not clear and main reasearch is on the overexpression or extremely activation of proteins that relate to genesis and development of degistive tumor.Wnt/β-catenin and STAT3 signaling pathways are closely related to degistive tumor.With the intensive study about pathogenesis of tumor,people have gradually realized the significance of interaction about some key genes of signaling pathways.In view of it,this text will discuss the function of β-catenin and STAT3 in degistive tumor and interaction in the process of carcinogenesis.
