| 摘 要： | 肠易激综合征（IBS）是一种常见的功能性胃肠病，其发病机制尚未完全阐明，可能与胃肠动力异常、内脏高敏感、精神心理应激、脑．肠轴功能紊乱、免疫和内分泌系统紊乱等有关。本文就IBS发病机制的相关研究进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | Irritable bowel syndrome(IBS) is a common functional gastrointestinal disorder.The pathogenesis of IBS has not yet been completely clarified,and may be associated with gastrointestinal motility abnormality,visceral hypersensitivity,mental stress,brain-gut axis aberration,immune and endocrine dysfunction,etc.This article reviewed the advances in study of pathogenesis of IBS. |
