| 摘 要： | 肠易激综合征（IBS）是临床常见的功能性胃肠病之一，目前认为内脏高敏感是其重要的发病机制。近年，离子通道在内脏高敏感中的作用越来越受到重视。本文就离子通道在IBS内脏高敏感中的相关研究进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | Irritable bowel syndrome(IBS) is one of the common functional gastrointestinal disorders in clinics. Visceral hypersensitivity has been recognized as the key pathogenic factor of IBS.In recent years,more and more attention has been focused on the role of ion channels in visceral hypersensitivity.This article summarized advances in study of ion channels and visceral hypersensitivity in IBS. |
