高职高专护理专业学生不同实习阶段压力源的调查研究

摘    要:目的 调查高职高专护理专业学生不同实习阶段的压力源.方法 采用临床实习压力源问卷,对227名高职高专护理专业实习生在实习前期、中期及末期进行调查.结果 学生各阶段的压力源总分及各维度得分均>1分.在实习中,除考试及就业维度的压力水平升高外,压力源总分及其余5个维度得分均下降.各阶段持续存在的压力源包括知识水平与临床实习的差距、处理紧急情况的能力、实习中出现差错、带教教师的评价、患者与家属的评价.阶段性压力源在实习早期主要是环境与工作流程不熟悉,实习中期主要是动手操作机会与患者家属不配合,实习后期主要是考试与就业压力.结论 高职高专护理专业学生在实习各阶段均处于中度及以上压力,应根据不同阶段的压力源采取相应措施,缓解其压力.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the stressors in different periods of clinical practice among vocational nursing students. Methods Totally 227 vocational nursing students were investigated with a self-designed stressors questionnaire in different periods of clinical practice. Results The total score and factor scores of stressors in each period of clinical practice were all over one point. The factor score of pressure from exams and employment increased ,while the total score and other five factor scores decreased. The persistent stressors in different periods of clinical practice were the gap between theoretical knowledge and clinical practice,ability to deal with emergency,nursing errors in practice,teacher's evaluation and patients' comment. Staged stressors were unfamiliar with work environment and process in early stage,lack of practice opportunities and refuse of family members in middle stage,and exams and employment in late period. Conclusion The vocational nursing students suffer from moderate to high level of pressure in clinical practice. It is suggested to provide targeted measures to relieve their pressure.
