摘    要:目的探讨系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者血清sICAM-1,sVCAM-1水平的变化以及同临床病情之间的关系。方法采集SLE病人及健康对照血清,采用流式细胞仪法测定血清sICAM-1,sVCAM-1水平,同时检测其他免疫学指标。结果活动期SLE患者sICAM-1,sVCAM-1水平明显高于对照和稳定期;肾损组明显高于非肾损组,抗ds-DNA阳性者伴肾脏损害高于其阴性;与血沉呈正相关。结论血清sICAM-1,sVCAM-1是判断SLE患者疾病活动的有效指标,在SLE发病过程中具有重要作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the change of sICAM-land sVCAM-1 levels in serum and its relationship with clinical states of the illness. Methods Collecting blood from patients and normal persons,Using flow eytometrie analysis to detect sICAM- 1 and sVCAM-1 levels and others guide line of immunology were also measured. Results Compared with that of Stable SLE,the sICAM-1 and sVCAM-1 levels of Aetivity SLE were significantly higher,the sICAM-1 and sVCAM-1 levels of SLE with lupus nephritis were significantly higher than that of SLE without lupus nephritis,SLE with ds-DNA antibody and lupus nephritis was higher than that of SLE without ds-DNA antibody . and the sICAM-1 and sVCAM-11evels positively correlated with erythrocyte sedimenta- tion rate. Conclusion The slCAM-1 and sVCAM-1 levels in serum could be used as independent markers for diagnosing disease activity in patients with SLE and be used as improtant roles in the process of SLE.
