住院与社区中精神病患者家属对健康教育需求的分析

目的 探讨在不同环境下精神病人家属对健康知识的需求与对策，改善病人的家庭支持系统。方法 按CCMD-3确诊为精神分裂症病例的首次住院与社区中家属各80人对疾病知识的了解、对预后和康复的关心以及心理社会支持的需求等进行自编问卷调查。结果 首发精神分裂症病人家属中，92．5％急于知道疾病的性质，88．75％渴望有迅速而有效的治疗措施，82．5％希望了解更多的药物副作用。而病人在社区中的家属更多的是关心坚持服药的重要性（93．75％）和疾病复发的早期识别（86．25），希望医务人员提供有效的应对技巧（76．25）。结论 重视首发与在社区中精神分裂症病人家属健康知识需求的特殊性，正确引导首发病人家属对治疗的期望值，满足在社区中病人家属健康知识需求的长期性。医院和社区对病人家属要提供积极的心理社会支持。
