| 摘 要： | 目的探讨加入白陶土后的血浆活化时间对APTT检测结果的影响,以求最佳活化时间范围。方法采用Thromboscrean400C半自动血凝仪对73例门诊及住院患者进行APTT检测,活化时间分别采用1、3、7、12和15分钟,以3分钟组为对照,结果用t检验进行统计分析。结果1分钟组APTT值明显高于对照组、15分钟组APTT值低于对照组,7分钟组、12分钟组与对照组无显著性差别。结论用半自动血凝仪检测APTT血浆活化时间应大于3分钟,但不应超过12分钟。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects of activated time on APTT test after added Micro silica and find the optimal activated time range.Methods APTT were measured by semiautomatic thrombo machine in platelet-poor plasma(PPP) in 73 patients and healthy subject,and activated time were1,3,7,12,15 minutes,respectively.The evaluation of data use t-test by comparing with 3-minute group.Results The activated partial thromboplastin time of 1-minute group was much longer than that of the 3-minute group and the result of 15 minute group was to the contrary..There was no significant difference between the results of other groups.Conclusion Activated time must be longer than 3 minutes and shorter than 12 minutes in APTT test by semiautomatic machine or manual operation. |
