| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨玻璃体切割联合氩激光治疗Ｅａｌｅｓ病的临床效果及手术时机。方法 对玻璃体切割体联合术中和术后氩激光光凝治疗的２１例（２５只眼）Ｅａｌｅｓ病患者的临床资料进行了回顾性研究，其中部分病例联合环扎术和眼内硅油填充术。结果 与术前相比２５只眼术后视力有不同程度的提高，其中０．１～０．５者１２只眼，０．６～０．９者７只眼，１．０和１．０以上者６只眼。结论 玻璃体切割联合氩激光治疗Ｅａｌｅｓ病疗效确

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinical effect and opportunity of operation of vitrectomy combined with argon laser coagulation in treatment of Eales disease METHODS Twenty-one patients (25 eyes) with Eales disease were treated by vitrectomy combined with argon laser coagulation during and after operation Their clinical data was studied retrospectively Some their were combined with scleral encircling operation and silicone oil tamponade RESULTS Compared with preoperative visual acuitythere were various improvement, including visual acuity of 12 eyes arranged from 0 1 to 0 5, 7 eyes from 0 6 to 0 9 and 6 eyes 1 0 or more in 25 the eyes treated after operation CONCLUSIONS The effect of vitrectomy combined with argon laser coagulation was definite in treatment of Eales disease, which can improve visual acuity and prevent postoperative retinal hemorrhage |
