| 摘 要： | 目的:对基层医院护士职业防护状况及难点进行调查与分析,提出建议。方法:采用自制问卷,对500名基层医院护士进行调查。结果:基层医院护士认为职业防护教育不到位的占90.60%,认为职业防护措施不到位的占94.00%,认为防护用具不到位的占95.00%,认为防护评估不到位的占94.00%,认为防护费用不到位的占93.00%。结论:应重视对护士进行职业防护教育,加强对护士职业防护的管理,开发更安全的护理器械。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate and analyze the status of occupational protection of nurses in basic level hospitals. Methods: 500 nurses working in basic level hospitals have been investigated by a self-administrated questionnaire. Results: 90.60% of nurses think they lack occupational protection education; 94.00% think the measures of occupational protection are not enough. 95.00% think the instruments for occupational protection are scare; 94.00% think the assessment for vocational protection is not enough, 93.00% think the expense for occupational protection is not enough. Conclusion: It is important to strengthen training and administration of occupational protection and invent safer nursing instruments. |
