| 摘 要： | 临床实习教学是医学教学的重要组成部分，临床实习教学质量直接影响到医学生的执业生涯。本文分析了实习医院、带教老师、学生自身、毕业分配制度和报考研究生等方面给临床实习教学质量所带来的不良影响，并对提高临床实习教学质量提出建议。

| Abstract: | Clinical practice teaching is an important component of medical teaching ann its quality alrecuy influences the medical students career. This article analyzes all the possible negative effects brought by teaching hospitals,teachers,students themselves, assignment of graduates and entrance exam for postgraduate. Some suggestions on how to improve the quality of clinical practice teaching are put forward. |
