静脉注射地尔硫卓治疗高血压急症的临床观察

目的评估地尔硫卓静脉治疗高血压急症的降压效果以及安全性。方法对30例高血压急症患者给予静脉使用地尔硫卓,观察用药前后血压、心率变化。结果血压在用药后5~10min即开始下降,30min内达高峰,并保持稳定水平,总显效率95%,心率也于用药后有较明显下降,但均在安全范围内,并且1h后维持在稳定水平。结论地尔硫卓静脉治疗高血压急症起效快,降压效果显著、平稳,副作用轻微,可作为高血压急症首选药物之一,值得临床推广。

CLINICAL OBSERVATION OF DILTIAZEM TREATMENT FOR HYPERTENSION EMERGENCY

Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of diltiazem in intravenous treatment of hypertension acute disease. Methods 30 patients with hypertension acute disease were received intravenous treatment of diltiazem to observe the changes of their blood pressure and heart rate before and after treatment. Results The blood pressure began to lower after 5 to 10 minutes, reached its height in 30 minutes and remained a stable level. The overall effective rate was 95%. The heart rate also lowered apparently in a safe range and remained a stable levd after an hour. Conclusion To use diltiazem in intraverous treatment of hypertension acute disease can produce an instant effect. The effects of lowering blood pressure are significant and stable. The side effects are slight, Therefore, it can be used as one of the best drugs in treatment of hypertension acute disease and is worth popularizing chnically.
