摘    要:目的为临床、实验室收集客观、有效的多方位信息,为临床医师及实验研究者提供可靠的研究信息。方法采用Foxpro数据库系统,自行设计和建立一套符合需要、包含多信息的儿童肿瘤登记系统,对入院的肿瘤病例进行登记和统计分析。以非霍奇金淋巴瘤(non_Hodgkin’s lymphoma,NHL)为例进行分析。结果1998~2003年登记入库的73例NHL完全缓解率68.49%;复发率12.33%;5年总生存率75.66%,SE=0.06;5年无进展生存率40.86%,SE=0.10。其中56例新病人完全缓解率75.00%;复发率12.50%;5年总生存率75.82%,SE=0.06;5年无进展生存率58.22%,SE=0.07。结论建立的肿瘤登记数据库能为临床和科研提供多方位信息,提高临床和实验室研究结果的可信度。

Abstract:Objective To collect objective and effective information for oncologists and laboratory researchers. Methods The cancer registry system of children based on Foxpro database was created as required.All the patients admitted to our department of hematology/oncology were enrolled and analyzed.Non_Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) was taken as an example as follows. Results In 73 NHL patients enrolled from 1998 to 2003,the complete response rate was 68.49%,relapse rate 12.33%,5_year overall sur_vival rate 75.66%(SE=0.06) and 5_year progression_free survival rate 40.86%(SE=0.10).In 56 new patients,the complete response rate was 75.00%,relapse rate 12.50%,5_year overall survival rate 75.82%(SE=0.06) and 5_year progression_free survival rate 58.22%(SE=0.07). Conclusions The cancer registry system of children can provide multi_aspect informaition and increase the reliability for the results of clinical and experimental studies.
