| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨APN连续排班模式在妇科病房实施的情况。方法:对2008年7月1日至2009年6月30日收治的重大手术患者120例、7名医生和14名护理人员就APN排班前后的护理质量及满意度进行问卷调查。结果:实施APN排班后,医生对护理质量的满意度有所提高。护士对APN排班前后护理质量的满意度远远高于传统排班模式,且一致赞同APN排班提高护理质量。患者对护理质量的满意度提高,且实施APN排班前后满意度差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论:实施APN连续排班模式,有效地利用了人力资源,明显提高了护理质量,对医生、护士和患者均有益,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the APN continuous scheduling model in gynecological wards. Methods： Totally 120 patients with major surgery, 7 doctors and 14 nurses were investigated about care quality and satisfaction before and after the APN scheduling model from July 1.2008 to June 30,2009. Results： After implementation the APN continuous scheduling model, the satisfaction of doctors, nurses and patients increased. Conclusion： The APN scheduling model can utilize human resources effectively, improve care quality and increase the satisfaction of doctors, nurses and patients. It is worthy to popularize. |
