摘 要: | 一氧化氮是人体内正常存在的小分子物质,有极其广泛的生物学效应。其生理功能主要有三个方面: 舒张血管作用;作为中枢与外周神经系统的信息传递分子;作为免疫效应分子,具有抗病原微生物感染和抗肿瘤作用。因为其生物学效应非常广泛,与人体内多个器官系统的疾病有密切关系。

Abstract: | Nitric oxide is the normal small molecule material exsting in human body,which has a very wide range of biological effects.Its physiological functions include three main areas:diastolic blood vessels role;the transmission molecules of information of the central and peripheral nervous system;the immune response elements with the resistant effects of pathogenic microorganisms infection and anti-tumor.Because of its very wide range of biological effects,it is closely related with a number of human body organs and system diseases. |
