| 摘 要： | 以ＨＰＬＣ法测定甲基睾丸素及其它甾体，采用Ｓｈｉｍ－Ｐａｃｋ ＯＤＳ柱，甲醇－水（７２：２８）为流动相，炔诺酮为内标，检测波长为２４１或２５４ｎｍ。与ＴＬＣ、ＵＶ法相比，本法简便、准确、可靠、重现性好。

| Abstract: | HLPC method with ODS column was established for the determination of methyltestosterone and its related steroidal substances. Norethisterone as internal standard and a mobile phase of methanol-water(72:28) were used. The detection was simple, accurate and reproducible in comparison with TLC and UV methods. |
