福司福沙的初步药理学研究

福司福沙在小鼠醋酸扭体法和热板刺激法中具有相似的镇痛作用；在二甲苯所致小鼠耳肿胀试验和醋酸诱发小鼠急性渗出试验中也有相似的抗炎作用。其镇痛、抗炎作用与阿司匹林均无显著差异，但对胃刺激性比阿司匹林小。小鼠口服的ＬＤ５０为１８７５ｍｇ／ｋｇ。

PRELIMINARY STUDIES ON PHARMACOLOGY OF FOSFOSAL

Fosfosal showed analgesic effect in the acetic acid-induced wri thing and in the hot plate tests in mice, and showed antiinflammatory effect in the xylene induced mice ears swelling and in acetic acid induced increased vas cular permeability tests in mice. Both the effects had no significant differences between fosfosal and aspirin, but the former had less stomach irritation. The LD50 of fosfosal (mice, po) was 1875 mg/kg.
