摘    要:目的 检测非站细胞肺癌(NSCLC)体外化疗药物敏感性。方法 采用FITC-AnnexinV/PI双染色变量流式细胞分析法。结果 49例非小细胞肺癌对化疗物的敏感度由高至低依次为泰素、顺铂、丝裂霉素、诺维本、长春地辛和依托泊苷。结论 本试验是一种新的化疗药物敏感性检测方法。6种化疗药物对NSCLC标本的敏感并与临床单剂化疗疗效基本一致,提示该检测对提供临床个体化化疗方案的选择具有重要的参考价值。

Abstract:Objective To determine the sensitivity of extrinisic chemical therapy medicines of non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). Methods FITC-Annexin V/PI double staining double variables flow cell method(FCM) was adopted. Results 49 NSCLC were tested and they were most sensitive to Taxol ,and next to it are DDP, MMC,NVB,VDS and VP-16.Conclusion This test is a new way to determine the sensitivity of the chemical therapy medicines. These 6 chemical medicines' sensitivity to NSCLC samples is almost consistent with the chemical therapy effects of the clinical individual medicine. This determination is of important referring value to decide on the clinical individual chemical therapy alternatives.
