健择、顺铂支气管动脉导管介入灌注治疗肺非小细胞癌疗效评价

目的]观察支气管动脉灌注顺铂(DDP 80mg／m^2)、健择(1．2g)治疗中、晚肺癌的疗效。方法]80例中晚期肺癌病人随机分为支气管动脉灌注治疗组(A组)40例，静脉注射治疗组(V组)40例。结果]A组缓解率65％，中位生存期10个月，生存1年以上患占52．5％；V组缓解率30％，中位生存期6个月，生存1年以上患占30％。结论]支气管动脉灌注治疗肺癌的临床疗效优于静脉滴注。

Evaluation on Effect of Advanced Lung Cancer Treated by Bronchial Arterial Infusion with DDP and Gem

Objective]To observe the effect of advanced lung cancer treated by bronchial arterial infusion with DDP(80mg/m 2) and Gemzar (1.2g).Methods]A total of 80 patients with advanced lung cancer were randomized into two groups, i.e. 40 cases by bronchial arterial infusion therapy (A group), 40 cases by vein infusion therapy (V group).Results]The remission rate of A group is 65%, and median survival period is 10 months, the ratio of patients whose survival periods were more than 1 year is 52.5%; The remission rate of V group is 30%, and the median survival period is 6 months, the ratio of patients whose survival periods were more than 1 year is 30%.Conclusion]The results of this study showed that the clinical effect of advanced lung cancer treated by bronchial arterial infusion with DDP and Gem is superior to that with vein infusion therapy.
