承德市2001—2008年食品和餐饮行业从业人员健康状况调查

目的了解承德市2001—2008年,食品、餐饮行业从业人员的健康状况。为进一步加强对食品卫生的量化管理,防止传染病的流行,控制疾病的传播,提高全民健康素质提供科学依据。方法采用流行病学调查,对前来体检的食品、餐饮行业从业人员检查结果进行分析。结果截止到2008年底,该市连续累计体检从业人员92096人。其中乙肝病毒(HBV)携带者2335人,阳性检出率为2.54%。肺结核(TB)患者387人,阳性检出率为0.42%。痢疾556人,检出率为0.60%。梅毒222人,检出率为0.24%,皮肤病465人,检出率为0.50%。结论承德市目前食品、餐饮行业人业人员的健康状况不容乐观,需要加大卫生知识宣传和从业人员健康检查的力度,遏止传染病传播,保障人民身体健康。

Health Status of Food and Catering Industry Employees in Chengde City During 2001-2008

[Objective]To understand the health status of food and catering industry employees in Chengde City during 2001—2008,and provide evidence for strengthening the quantitative management of food hygiene,preventing the epidemic of infectious diseases,controlling the spread of disease,and improving the quality of national health quality.[Methods]Epidemiological investigation was adopted to analyze the health examination results of employees of food and catering industry.[Results]By the end of 2008,totally 92 096 employees were examined in accumulation,2335 carried with Hepatitis B virus （HBV）,the positive detection rate was 2.54%.The number of tuberculosis （TB） patients were 387,the positive detection rate was 0.42%;dysentery of 556 （0.60%）;Syphilis of 222（0.24%）;465 patients with skin diseases （ 0.50%）.[Conclusion]The health status of people who engage in food and catering industry in chengde city is not optimistic.It is necessary to strengthen the health knowledge promotion and health examination of employees to prevent the spread of infectious diseases and protect people＇s health.
