十二指肠血管压迫综合征的影像学诊断

目的 通过对十二指肠血管压迫综合征的病例分析及文献复习，探讨其影像学诊断价值。方法 收集在本院作过钡餐胃肠造影(对其中2例曾作过X线电影摄影)并经手术证实的5例十二指肠血管压迫综合征，进行病例分析，结合既往文献复习进行探讨。结果 5例因十二指肠第二、三段有扩张，并有强烈之顺逆蠕动及十二指肠第三段的特征性切迹，改变体位钡餐能通过十二指肠的征象，均予术前作出正确诊断。结论 对临床疑为十二指肠血管压迫综合征患者，上消化道钡餐造影是一种简单易行的诊断方法，如遇疑难病例则可考虑作CT血管造影等检查。

Imaging diagnosis of duodenal vascular compression syndrome

Purpose To review the related literature and analyze the cases of duodenal vascular compression syndrome for investigating the value of imaging diagnosis. Methods 5 cases of duodenal vascular compression syndrome confirmed by operative pathology were ex-aminated by upper gastrointestinal contrast X-ray study, 2 cases of them were studied by cineradiography. Results The preoperative imaging diagnosis of all cases were accurate, displaying the characteristic findings that the abrupt vertical compression of the third part of duodenum and others in upper gastrointestinal contrast X-ray study. Conclusion The upper gastrointestinal contrast X-ray study is a convenient and effective method for duodenal vascular compression syndrome. CT angiography is useful in some complicated cases.
