CD11c和CD14在慢性支气管炎肺泡巨噬细胞上表达的变化

目的　了解慢性支气管炎肺泡巨噬细胞上 CD11c和 CD14表达的改变。方法　对慢性支气管炎缓解期患者和正常对照者各 10例进行局部支气管肺泡灌洗 ,获得的肺泡巨噬细胞经分离、纯化后 ,与藻红蛋白(phycoerythrin,PE)和异硫氰酸荧光素 (fluorescein isothiocyanate,FITC)标记的 CD11c和 CD14单克隆抗体孵化 ,以流式细胞仪分析其表面 CD11c和 CD14表达的百分率。结果　显示慢性支气管炎组肺泡巨噬细胞上 CD11c和 CD14表达的百分率分别为 (39± 6 ) %和 (36± 8) % ,均明显高于正常对照组 (16± 4) %、(15± 6 ) % ,(P <0 .0 0 1)。结论　慢性支气管炎缓解期患者的肺泡巨噬细胞上 CD11c和 CD14表达增加 ,可能参与其气道内慢性非特异性炎症。

Changes of CD11c and CD14 expressing on alveolar macrophages from patients with chronic bronchitis

Objective To observe the changes of CD11c and CD14 expressing on alveolar macrophages (AMs) from patients with chronic bronchitis.Methods AMs from 10 chronic bronchitis patients and 10 normal controls by bronchoalveolar lavage were purified and treated with PE labeled anti-CD11c monoclonal antibody and FITC labeled anti-CD14 monoclonal antibody.Percent of CD11c and CD14 expressing on AMs was analysed by flow cytometry.Results Compared with normal control group (16±4)%,(15±6)%,the percent of CD11c and CD14 expressing on AMs from chronic bronchitis group (39±6)%,(36±8)% was significantly increased (P<0.001).Conclusion Expression of CD11c and CD14 on alveolar macrophages from patients with chronic bronchitis is increased,that may be responsible for chronic inflammation of respiratory tract.
