软骨多糖作用下S_(180)荷瘤小鼠免疫功能的变化

研究软骨多糖作用下,S180荷瘤小鼠的免疫功能的变化。采用小鼠肉瘤S180细胞建立动物腹水瘤模型,然后随机将小鼠分为空白组、模型组和治疗组,连续腹腔注射生理盐水或软骨多糖,分别测量外周血中性粒细胞、T淋巴细胞亚型的变化,及巨噬细胞的活性变化。结果发现软骨多糖能够提高荷瘤小鼠中性粒细胞的数目,提高外周血细胞CD3+、CD4+细胞数,增加CD4+/CD8+细胞比值,显著提高巨噬细胞吞噬中性红和鸡红细胞的能力。软骨多糖能通过增强S180荷瘤小鼠的免疫功能而抑制肿瘤的生长。

Changes of immune functions induced by cartilage polysaccharide in mouse sarcoma S180 bearing mice

The changes of immune function induced by cartilage polysaccharide in mouse sarcoma S180 were observed in the ascites mouse model,in which the mice used in the experiment were divided randomly into 3 groups.i.e.blank group,model group and treatment group and saline or cartilage polysaccharide was injected intraperitoneally.Changes in the counts of neutrophils,T lymphocyte subpopulations and activity of macrophages in peripheral blood were observed in the experiment.It was found that cartilage polysaccharide injected could increase the count of neutrophils.CD3 cells and CD4 cells in peripheral blood as well as the ratio of CD4/CD8 cells.In addition,the phagocytic activity of macrophages to engulf neutral red dye and chicken erythrocytes was promoted after injection with cartilage polysaccharide.From these observation,it is evident that cartilage polysaccharide can improve the immune function in mouse sarcoma S180-bearing mice,thus inhibiting growth of tumors.
