国产氯吡格雷治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效观察

目的评价国产氯吡格雷治疗不稳定型心绞痛（UAP）的疗效及安全性。方法 123例UAP患者按随机数字表法分为试验组61例和对照组62例。2组均给予常规治疗,试验组在常规治疗的基础上给予国产氯吡格雷75mg,每天1次;对照组在常规治疗的基础上给予进口氯吡格雷75mg,每天1次。2组均连续治疗4周,观察2组临床疗效、心电图疗效和安全性。结果试验组临床疗效总有效率为90.16%,对照组为91.94%,2组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。试验组心电图疗效总有效率为91.80%,对照组为90.32%,2组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。试验组不良反应总发生率为27.87%,对照组为30.65%,2组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论国产氯吡格雷治疗UAP与进口氯吡格雷有相同的疗效及安全性,且价格更低,值得临床推广应用。

Observation of effect of domestic clopidogrel in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects and safety of domestic clopidogrel in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.Methods 123 cases were randomly divided into experimental group of 61 and control group of 62.All of the two groups were received routine therapy.On the basis of routine treatment,the experimental group were given domestic clopidogrel 75mg once a day,while the control group were given imported clopidogrel 75mg once a day.Both the two groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.Clinical efficacy,electrocardiogram efficacy and safety of 2 groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of clinical efficacy of the experimental group was 90.16%,and it was 91.94% of the control group,so there was no statistical significance between 2 groups（P0.05）.The total effective rate of electrocardiogram efficacy of the experimental group was 91.80%,and it was 90.32% of the control group,so there was no statistical significance between 2 groups（P0.05）.The total incidence rate of adverse reaction of the experimental group was 27.87%,which was 30.65% of control group,so there was no statistical significance between 2 groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Comparing with imported clopidogrel,the domestic clopidogrel had the same clinical effect and safety,and the price of which is cheaper,so it is worth clinical popularizing and application.
