排粪造影在功能性出口梗阻性便秘诊断中的价值

目的:探讨排粪造影在功能性出口梗阻性便秘诊断中的价值。方法:对150例有不同程度排便困难的患者行排粪造影检查。观察患者静息、提肛、力排时充盈像和黏膜像。并测量肛直角(ARA)、肛上距(DUAC)、乙耻距(DSPC)、骶直距(DSR)。结果:150例便秘患者中,10例正常,140例异常。结论:排粪造影动态观察盆底形态,是较传统的钡灌肠、内镜检查更为敏感可靠的方法,能为临床诊治功能性出口梗阻所致便秘等肛肠疾病提供可靠的依据。

Diagnostic value of defecation angiography in constipation caused by functional outlet obstruction

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of defecation angiography in constipation caused by functional outlet obstruction.Method Total 150 cases had different degrees of difficult defecation had defecation imaging.The image of resting,carrying anus and force exhausting were observed.And measured the anus right-angle（ARA）,DUAC,DSPC and DSR.Results Ten cases were normal,and 140 examples were abnormal.Conclusion Defecation imaging can observe the pelvic form dynamicly,is a more sensitive and reliable method compared with traditional barium enema and endoscopy,also can provide reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of constipation caused by functional outlet obstruction.
