电视胸腔镜术中动脉血气分析的特点

摘    要:目的探讨电视胸腔镜术中动脉血气分析的特点。方法对22例胸腔镜手术患者行进胸前双肺通气、术中单肺通气及术后双肺通气三种状态下血气检测。结果术中单肺通气时动脉血氧分压(PaO2)明显降低,血氧饱和度(SaO2)同时降低,动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)无明显变化。结论手术过程中,术者操作与麻醉监控之间的配合、及时调整机械通气的方式是预防和纠正术中低氧血症的关键。

Abstract:Objective To find the feature of arterial blood-gas analysis on VATS procedures. Methods Surveying arterial blood-gas on 22 VATS procedures in three circumstances:Both lungs ventilation before operation, one lung ventilation during operation and both lungs ventilation after operation. Results Partial pressure of oxygen(PaO 2) markedly decreased during operation under one lung ventilation, so did oxygen saturation(SaO 2).But partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO 2) didn't have obvious change. Conclusion The surgeons cooperate with anesthetists in surveying and anjusting mechanical ventilation in time were the keys to prevent and improve hypoxia during the operation.
