组织多普勒新技术定量评价冠心病局部心肌收缩异常的研究

目的 研究组织多普勒新技术诊断冠心病局部心肌收缩运动异常的参数和价值。方法 应用QTVI、SRI技术，对冠心病组（41例）和正常对照组（40例），测量心肌长轴方向12个节段的PSV、PSSR、T-sv、T-sr，计算标准差。结果 （1）冠心病组PSV、PSSR较对照组明显减低（P〈0．05），T-sv、T-sr较对照组延长（P〈O．05）。（2）PSSR对缺血节段的敏感性高于PSV（P〈O．05），T-sr对心肌收缩异常节段的检出率最高（68．50％），与其他参数比较有统计学差异。结论 QTVI、SRI对于定量分析冠心病局部心肌收缩运动异常具有重要价值，SRI诊断局部心肌收缩异常优于QTVI。

Study of QTVI,SRI Quantitative Analysis in Segment Wall Motion Abnormality of CHD

Objective To assess the parameters and clinical value by QTVI,SRI in segment wall motion abnormality of coronary heart disease （CHD）. Methods The PSV,PSSR,T-sv,T-sr of left ventricular wall in long axis direction were measured and analyzed by TVI,SRI in 41 CHD patients and 40 normal subjects. Results （1）The PSV,PSSR of segment wall motion abnormality in long axis direction of CHD were significantly decreasing （P〈0.05）, while the T-sv, T-sr were significant prolongation （P〈0.05）. （2）The detection rate of PSSR higher than PSV in CHD group. T-sr has a highest detection rate than other measurement parameters （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion QTVI, SRI have great values in quantitative analysis segment wall motion abnormality of CHD. SRI is superior to QTVI.
