后囊浑浊激光治疗术后角膜内皮细胞的观察

目的 观察Ｎｄ：ＹＡＧ激光后囊切开术对角膜内皮细胞的影响。方法 对５２眼后囊浑浊行Ｎｄ：ＹＡＧ激光后囊切开术。术前、术后１周，１月及３月检查角膜内皮细胞密度。结果 术后１周、１月、３月角膜内皮细胞密度均较术前下降，内皮细胞丢失率依次为２．６８％、５．６５％和６．２８％。有统计学差异（ｔ值分别为２．２４７，３．５４１和２．４４９，Ｐ〈０．０５）。内皮细胞丢失与每次能量有显著相关性（ｒ＝０．４１９，Ｐ

Observation of the damage of corneal endothelial cell after laser treatment of posterior capsular opacification

Objective To observe corneal endothelium cells damage of capsulotomy using Nd:YAG laser.Methods The specular biomicroscopy of corneal endothelium was performed on 52 eyes with posterior capsular opacification before and after a week,a month and three months of capsulotomy using Nd:YAG laser. Results Postoperation a week,a month and three months the mean cell density is lower than preoperation,the percentage of endothelial cell loss was 2.78%,5.65% and 6.28%,there were all significant difference ( t=2.247 t=3.541 and t= 2.449 ,P<0.05) .There was siginificant correlation between the pulse energy per single burst and endothelial cell loss( r=0.4191,P<0.05 ),the total energy was no significant correlation( r=0.2214,P>0.05). Conclusion Corneal endothelial cells can be damaged by Nd:YAG laser which is used in capsulotomy.It is the best management that using low pulse energy of Nd:YAG laser on capsulotomy.
