应用医疗质量评价体系对医疗环节质量实时控制的研究

摘    要:目的应用医疗质量评价体系对医疗环节质量进行实时控制,提高医疗质量。方法建立《医疗质量评价体系与考核标准》,利用我院CIS平台,对大型综合医院近两年来的临床医疗环节质量进行实时控制。结果各个医疗环节质量逐渐好转,质量缺陷逐渐减少,医疗安全隐患逐渐降低,医疗环节质量明显提高,其中三级医师查房、危重病人抢救、疑难病例讨论、术前讨论、会诊记录、抗生素分级使用、死亡病例实时追踪调查等均具有统计学差异P〈0.005。结论医疗质量评价体系对医疗环节质量进行实时控制显著提高了大型综合医院的医疗质量,降低了医疗安全隐患。

Abstract:Objective To improve medical quality by applying medical quality evaluation system for real-time control of medical link quality.Methods A "Medical Quality Evaluation System and Examination Standard" was established and applied for real-time control of the medical link quality in a large general hospital in recent two years on the hospital's CIS platform.Results Every medical link quality was enhanced step by step,as a result,the quality defeats were reduced gradually,potential medical risks were decreased steadily,and medical link quality was improved noticeably.Many measures are of statistically significant difference(p<0.005),including the 3-level doctor ward-round,critical patient treatment,discussion of confused medical cases,discussion before operation,record of medical consultation for difficult cases,rational use of antibiotics,and death cases investigations,etc.Conclusion The application of medical quality evaluation system for real-time control on medical link quality has evidently improved hospital's medical quality and reduced its potential medical risks.
