冠心病合并血糖异常患者的左室舒张功能与动脉僵硬度的关系研究

目的：研究冠心病合并血糖异常患者的左室舒张功能与动脉僵硬度的关系。方法：选择我院2010年6月至2011年6月112例因冠心病就诊的患者，按照疾病类型分为二组，62例单纯冠心病患者为冠心病组；60例冠心病合并糖尿病患者为合并组；观察二组患者的左室舒张功能与动脉僵硬度的关系。结果：二组患者肌酐、空腹血糖（FBG）、血脂检查结果显示，冠心病组肌酐、空腹血糖（FBG）、血脂指标明显低于合并血糖升高患者，二组比较差异具有显著性，有统计学意义P〈0．05。二组患者左室舒张功能检测结果显示，二组比较差异无显著性，无统计学意义P〉0．05。合并组血管病变支数明显高于冠心病组，二组比较差异具有显著性，有统计学意义P〈0．05。结论：合并糖尿病的冠心病患者血管病变支数明显高于单纯冠心病患者，动脉僵硬度更差。

Glucose in patients with coronary heart disease with left ventricular diastolic function and arterial stiffness Relations

Objective： To study in patients with coronary heart disease with glucose left ventricular diastolic function and arterial stiffness relationship. Methods： A hospital in June 2010 2011 June 112 cases of coronary heart disease treatment for patients, divided into two groups according to type of disease, 62 cases of simple coronary heart disease patients with coronary heart disease; 60 cases of coronary heart disease patients with diabetes combined group; observed two groups of patients with left ventricular diastolic function and arterial stiffness relationship. Results： two patients creatinine, fasting blood glucose （ FBG）, blood test results show that coronary heart disease creatinine, fasting blood glucose （FBG）, serum lipids were significantly lower than the combined blood sugar, the two groups was significant difference, statistically significance P 〈 0. 05. Two groups of patients with left ventrieular diastolic function test results showed no difference between the two groups was significant, no statistically significant P 〉 0. 05. Combined group of vascular disease was significantly higher than coronary heart disease support group, two groups was significant difference, statistically significant P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion： Patients with diabetes mellitus vascular count with coronary heart disease was significantly higher than in pa- tients with coronary heart disease, arterial stiffness worse.
