中西医结合治疗老年膝关节骨性关节炎的临床研究

目的探讨中西医结合治疗老年膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果及其意义。方法 2006年2月～2010年2月期间,我院诊治的60例老年膝关节骨性关节炎患者,将其随机分为对照组(关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠)和治疗组(在对照组治疗基础上,外敷中药治疗),每组各30例。患者给予10周上述治疗,进行6～12个月的随访。结果与对照组的总有效率(79.4%)相比,治疗组总有效率(93.8%)明显升高,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论中西医结合治疗老年膝关节骨性关节炎,临床效果满意,值得临床上广泛推广。

Clinical Studies of Treatment of Age of Knee Osteoarthritis by ]Integrative Medicine

Objective ： To explore the combination therapy of osteoarthritis of the knee aged effect and clinical significance. Method ： February 2006 - February 2010 period, our hospital, 60 cases of elderly patients with osteoarthritis of the knee were randomly divided into control group （ intra - articular injection of sodium hyaluronate） and treatment group （ in the control group therapy based on topical traditional Chinese medicine） , 30 cases in each.
