金刚天盾液对免疫力低下小鼠免疫功能的影响

目的：观察金刚天盾液对免疫力低下小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法：选用昆明系雄性小鼠，随机分为3组：空白对照组、模型组和药物组，每组10只。空白对照组：实验进程中正常饲养不作任何处理；模型组：腹腔内注射100mg／kg环磷酰胺造成免疫力低下模型，1次／d，连续3天；药物组：腹腔内注射100mg／kg环磷酰胺造成免疫力低下模型，1次／d，连续3天，并在造模第一天涂抹给药。用药11d后，采集血清、胸腺和脾脏样本。用ELISA检测血清IgG、IgM、IFN—γ和IL-1O水平；采用流式细胞仪检测脾组织T细胞亚群。结果：金刚天盾液能提高环磷酰胺所致免疫力低下小鼠脾脏指数（P〈0．01）、血清IgG，IgM水平（P〈0．01）、脾脏CD4^＋T细胞亚群百分比和CD4^＋／CD8^＋水平（P〈0.05）及血清IFN-γ水平（P（0.01）。结论：金刚天盾液能够显著改善免疫力低下小鼠的免疫功能。

The effect of Tian Dun solution on immune function inimmunocompromised mice

Objective： To observe the effect of Tian Dun solution on immune function in immunocompromised mice, so as to provide some evidence to illustrate the immune function of Jin Gang Tian Dun solution. Method： Choose Ku Ming male mice, every group includes 10 mice, divide into three groups randomly： control group, model group and treatment group. In control group, mice were fed normally. In model group, mice were injected 100 mg/kg cyclophosphamide into enterocoelia in order to build immunocom- promised model, once / per day, for 3 consecutive days. In treatment group, after building model, daub to medicine at the first day of building model. After applying medicine 11 days, collect sera, spleen and thymus tissues. The level of IgG, IgM, IL- 10 and INF- γ were detected by ELASA. And T lymphocyte subgroup was analyzed by flow cytometry. Result： Tian Dun solution was capable to promote spleen index （ p 〈 0. 01 ） and increase the level of IgG and IgM （ p 〈 0. 01 ） in immunocompromised mice, which were caused by cyclophosphamide. Meanwhile, Tian Dun solution can enhance the percentage of CD4 ＋ subgroup and the radio of CD4 ＋/CD8 ＋ （ p 〈 0. 05 ）, and raise the level of INF - γ（P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Tian Dun solution can improve significantly immune function in immunocompromised mice.
