穴位埋线对非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠血管内皮因子的影响

目的:探讨穴位埋线对非酒精性脂肪肝的作用机理。方法:24只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组及穴位埋线组,每组8只;以高脂饮食喂养12周建立大鼠非酒精性脂肪肝模型,造模结束后穴位埋线组选用天枢(双)、中脘、气海穴位埋线治疗8周;采用硝酸还原酶法检测血清NO含量,放射免疫法测定血浆ET、TXB2、6-Keto-PGF1α水平。结果:模型组大鼠血浆TXB2、6-Keto-PGF1α、ET和血清NO含量及其比值较正常组明显升高,穴位埋线组大鼠血浆TXB2、6-Keto-PGF1α、ET和血清NO含量及其比值较模型组明显降低。结论:穴位埋线通过调节非酒精性脂肪肝大鼠血管内皮因子的平衡,改善大鼠的血瘀状态,这可能是其治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的作用机理之一。

EFFECT OF CATGUT IMPLANTATION AT ACUPOINTS ON VASCULAR ENDOTHELIAL GROWTH FACTORS OF RATS WITH NON - ALCOHOLIC FATTY LIVER

Objective: To observe the effect of catgut implantation at acupoints on vascular endothelial growth factors and explore the mechanism of catgut implantation at acupoints on non - alcoholic fatty liver. Methods: 24Rats were divided into three groups,normal,model and catgut implantation at acupoints groups,each group contained 8 rats. The models of non - alcoholic fatty liver were given high fat diet for 12 weeks,than the treatment group was treated with catgut implantation at tianshu( double) ,zhongwan and qihai acupoints for 8 weeks. Rats’serum NO was determined by nitrate reductase method,plasma ET,TXB2 and 6 - Keto - PGE1 were examined by RIA. Results: The serum NO and plasma ET,TXB2 ,6 - Keto - PGE1 levels in model group were obviously higher than those in normal group,the serum NO and plasma ET,TXB2 ,6 - Keto - PGE1 levels in catgut implantation at acupoints group were significantly lower than those in the model group. Conclusion: Catgut implantation at acupoints can regulate the balance of vascular endothelial growth factors of rats with non - alcohol- ic fatty live and improve the state of blood stasis,which maybe one of the mechanism of catgut implantation at acupoints on non - alco- holic fatty liver.
