外源性超氧化物歧化酶对醋酸铅免疫毒性的影响

摘    要:目的探讨外源性超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)对醋酸铅免疫毒性的拮抗作用。方法采用免疫毒理学方法观察外源性SOD对醋酸铅免疫毒性的影响。结果醋酸铅染毒的昆明种小鼠血中碳粒廓清率、SRBC致敏小鼠迟发型过敏反应(DTH)、DNCB所致的迟发型皮肤过敏反应(DCH)、血清溶血素(Hc50)和免疫脏器系数均明显低于对照组,预先给于SOD后再给同剂量醋酸铅的小鼠除Hc50外上述各指标均有不同程度提高,免疫器官脂质过氧化物(LPO)含量,醋酸铅组明显高于对照组,而SOD-醋酸铅组LPO含量比醋酸铅组明显降低(P<0.01)。结论外源性SOD能拮抗醋酸铅所致的免疫毒性和脂质过氧化作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of exogenous superoxide dismutase(SOD)on antagonizing immunotoxicity induced by lead acetate.Methods Immunotoxicological tests were used.ICR mice were intoxicated by lead acetate.Results Clearance rate of charcoal particulate,delayed type hypersensitivity induced by sheep red blood cells,delayed cutaneous hypersensitivity caused by dinitrochlorobenzene,level of serum hemolysin expressed as the concentration at 50% of hemolysis(Hc 50 ),and index of immune organs were all significantly lower in the lead acetate exposed mice than in the controls.When the mice were administered with SOD before intoxication,all the indicators mentioned above after exposure to lead acetate at the same dose,except for Hc 50 ,were increased to certain extent.Level of lipid peroxide(LPO)increased significantly and that of LPO decreased significantly in the immune organs in lead acetate exposed mice than in the controls.Conclusion It suggested that exogenous SOD could antagonize immunotoxicity and lipid peroxidation caused by lead acetate.
