两种不同注射方法在皮内注射中的对比观察

目的:探讨一种减轻皮内注射局部疼痛的方法。方法:对100例患者采用自身对照法,在前臂掌侧面下1/3段内侧,右前臂用教学课本上所示,采用传统方向注射(对照组),左前臂采用离心方向注射(实验组)。观察两组患者注射时局部疼痛的发生情况。结果:两组患者的疼痛程度有明显差异(P0.01)。结论:采用离心方向注射方法进行皮内注射,可明显减轻患者局部疼痛,并且不影响皮试结果判断。

Comparative study of two different injection methods of intradermal injection.

Objective：To explore a partially alleviate the pain of intradermal injection method. Methods：100 patients were treated with self-control law,in the forearm palm side of the lower 1/3 medial and right forearm as shown on textbooks in teaching,using the traditional direction of injection,the direction of the left forearm by centrifugal injection to observe the injection the occurrence of local pain. Results：There was remarkable difference sense of pain degree with two different injection metlwds（P0.01）. Conclusion：Centrifugal direction of injection of intradermal injection method can significantly reduce the incidence of pain and do not affect skin test results to judge.
