腹腔镜子宫切除术的临床分析

目的:探讨腹腔镜子宫切除术在临床中的表现情况。方法:选取确诊为良性妇科疾病需要进行子宫切除的患者150例,将其随机分成观察组75例(腹腔镜子宫次全切除术)和对照组75例(腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫切除术),对比两组的临床效果。结果:经过治疗,两组患者在手术平均时间、术中出血量、术后疼痛情况、使用抗生素、住院平均天数以及术后2个月正常性生活感觉等方面相比差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:不论是LSH还是LAVH手术均是成熟的子宫切除方式,腹腔镜子宫切除手术应该根据患者的病情、年龄以及手术操作者的技术水平而选择适宜的手术方式。

Clinical analysis of laparoscopic hysterectomy

Objective To investigate the laparoscopic hysterectomy＇ s performance in clinical case.Method 150 patients were diagnosed as benign disease and needed hysterectomy,They were randomly divided into observation group（ laparoscopic uterine total resection） and control group（ laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy） each group was 75 cases,comparing the clinical effect of two groups.Results after treatment,two groups of patients in the average operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative pain,the use of antibiotics,the average number of days in hospital and postoperative sex life feeling in February compared differences were statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion both LSH and LAVH are mature way of hysterectomy,laparoscopic hysterectomy should select the appropriate surgical approach according to patients condition,age and the operator of the operation technology level.
