高中生焦虑状况调查研究

目的了解高中生的焦虑状况,为促进高中生的心理健康发展提供依据。方法采用心理健康诊断测验(焦虑测验)对某校高一、高二年级的474名学生进行问卷调查。结果总焦虑倾向异常检出率为13.9%,8个分量表中,恐怖倾向的异常检出率最高,占17.5%;高一学生在学习焦虑倾向、对人焦虑倾向、过敏倾向、冲动倾向和总焦虑倾向上的得分高于高二学生(P<0.05或P<0.01);女生在学习焦虑倾向、身体症状、恐怖倾向、冲动倾向以及总焦虑倾向上得分高于男生(P<0.01)。结论高中生的焦虑状况不容乐观,高一学生焦虑水平高于高二学生,女生焦虑水平高于男生。学校应该加强对高一新生学习、人际、情绪等方面的心理健康教育,对女生的心理健康进行针对性的指导。

The Investigation and Analysis of Anxiety of Senior High School Students

Objective To learn the anxiety state of senior high school students,and to provide the references for improving their mental health level.
