| 摘 要： | 目的 建立用高效液相色谱法测定抗骨增生颗粒中淫羊藿苷含量的方法。方法 采用 Shim- PackVP- ODS(15 0 mm× 4 .6 m m,5 μm)柱 ,以乙腈 -水 (2 6∶ 74 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 70 nm。结果 淫羊藿苷浓度线性范围 0 .0 6 14～ 0 .4 912 μg,相关系数 r=0 .9999,样品平均加样回收率为 99.6 7% ,RSD为 1.5 6 %。结论 本法简便 ,准确 ,重复性好 ,可作为抗骨增生颗粒的含量测定方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the method for determining the content of icariin in Kangguzengsheng Granules by HPLC. Methods The determination was carried out on Shim Pack VP ODS (150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)column with mobile phase of acetonirile water (26∶74) . The detection wavelength was 270 nm. Results The standard curve of icariin was linear at the range of 0.061 4~0.491 2 μg (r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 99.67%, RSD was 1.56%. Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,reproducible and can be used for determination of Kangguzengsheng Granules. |
