| 摘 要： | 目的：总结突发地震灾难事件中护理管理与医院感染控制的特点,通过完善护理管理流程,防控特殊情况下医院感染聚集事件及传染病疫情的发生。方法：对收治的600余名伤病员的分布情况及伤病特点进行汇总分析,在日常措施的基础上结合特殊灾难事件发生时的特点,完善流程,保证措施落实到位。结果：600余名伤病员未出现医院感染和传染病疫情的聚集性发生及特殊感染的院内播散。结论：加强护理管理是有效控制医院感染的重要手段,特别是在突发灾害事件中,注意及时总结特点、完善流程、严格管理是降低医院感染发生的重要措施。 |
