摘    要:目的 观察接受MSCs局部注射移植的大鼠脑梗死区超微结构的变化 ,以了解MSCs移植对梗死区超微结构的影响。方法 制作大鼠大脑中动脉栓塞模型 ,将体外分离培养的大鼠MSCs注射至大鼠脑梗死区 ,于移植后第 4周电镜下观察梗死区超微结构变化。结果 接受移植的梗死区可见外形幼稚的细胞存活 ,并围绕在神经元周围 ,梗死区神经元胞浆中出现了丰富的游离核糖体 ,而对照组大鼠梗死区神经元胞核固缩 ,并有嗜神经细胞现象。结论 大鼠MSCs移植对缺血性脑损伤具有一定修复作用

Abstract:Objective To observe the ultrastructural changes of the infarcted region after transplantation of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) into the infarcted rats. Methods Model of middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAo) in Wistar rats was established. The isolated and cultured MSCs in vitro were injected into the infarcted region. The ultrastructural changes of the infracted region were observed at 4 w after transplantation by electron microscopy. Results Some immature cells surrounding the neurons were found to survive in the infracted region. Massive free ribosomes were observed in the neural cytoplasm in the infarcted region in the rats receiving MSCs transplantation, but neurons with nuclear pyknosis and neurophagia were observed in the infarcted region of rats in the control group. Conclusion MSCs transplantation might improve neuron repair in cerebral ischemic injury in rats.
