红景天胶囊的药效学研究

目的：对红景天胶囊进行药效学研究。方法：常压减压，循环障碍性缺氧实验；抗寒冷、抗疲劳实验；对正常小鼠网状内皮细胞吞噬功能的影响；对正常小鼠血清溶血素抗体水平的影响。结果：红景天胶囊高、中剂量能明显延长小鼠常压耐缺氧的时间（P＜0．01），并能增加小鼠减压耐缺氧的能力，提高小鼠存活率（P＜0．05，P＜0．01）；能明显增加小鼠对脑缺血缺氧（结扎颈总动脉）的耐受力（P＜0．05，P＜0．01）；能明显延长小鼠游泳的时间（P＜0．05）。红景天胶囊能提高正常小鼠及免疫低下模型小鼠单核网状内皮细胞的吞噬功能（P＜0．05，P＜0．01）；亦能显著提高正常小鼠及免疫低下模型小鼠血清溶血素抗体水平（P＜0．05，P＜0．01）。结论：红景天胶囊具有抗缺氧、抗疲劳、抗寒冷、增强免疫等作用。

The Pharmacological Study on Hong jingtian Capsule

Objective:To study the drug-effect of Hongjingtian Capsule. Methods:In normal or low pressure environment, lack of oxygen test of circulation obstacle; anti-cold and anti-fatigue test;the effect on phagocytic capacity of mononuclear reticular endothelial cells of normal mouse; the effect on antibody level of hemolysin of normal mouse serum; acute-toxicity test. Result: The medium or large dose of Hongjingtian Capsule can prolong the time of endure lack of oxygen of mose in normal pressure environment (P<0.01), and enhance the endure lack of oxygen capability of mouse in low pressure environment, and inctease livability of mouse (P<0.05,P<0.01). It can evident enhance the endure ischaemia and lack of oxygen capability of mouse brain (ligature common carorid artery) (P<0.05,P<0.01). It can evident prolong the swimming time of mouse (P<0.05). Hongjingtian Capsule can enhance phagocytic capacity of mononuclear reticular endothelial cells of normal and low immune ability mouse (P<0.05,P<0.01);and evident increase antibody level of hemolysin of normal and low immune ability mouse serum (P<0.05,P<0.01). Conclusion: Hongjingtian Capsule has action on antilacking of oxygen, anticold and antitatigue.
