面部皮肤缺损行皮瓣移植修复术患者心理干预的应用研究

目的探讨面部皮肤缺损行皮瓣移植修复术患者的心理干预措施,评估心理干预的效果。方法将48例面部皮肤缺损行皮瓣移植修复术患者随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组给予常规护理,实验组在此基础上给予心理干预。采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)分别在手术前及手术后4周进行评估分析。结果术后4周实验组的SCL-90躯体化症状、强迫、人际关系敏感、焦虑、抑郁、恐惧、精神病性因子平均分值均低于对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论面部皮肤缺损行皮瓣移植修复术患者术前存在较多的心理症状,实施心理干预能有效地促进患者的身心健康。

Study on the Psychological Intervention for the Patients Receiving Repairing of Skin Defect of the Face

Objective To explore the measures for conducting the psychological intervention in the patients receiving repairing of skin defect of the face ,and to evaluate the results of the psychological intervention.Methods 48 patients receiving the operation were divided into the control group and the experimental group at random.The patients in the control group were given the normal nursing,while the psychological intervention was provided for the patients in the experimental group in addition to the normal nursing.Evaluation was done with a Symptom Check-List 90 (SCL-90) four weeks before and after the operation. Results Four weeks after the operation, grades of SCL-90 symptoms on the body, sensitivity of human relations, anxiety, depression,fears and psychopathic factors of the patients in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,respectively.These indicated that there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The patients going to receive repairing of skin defect of the face have various psycho logical symptoms. Psychological intervention can promote the physical and mental health of the patients.
