推行民主参与管理在产科护理管理中的应用

目的探讨民主参与管理应用在产科护理管理工作中的优越性。方法采用护士长权利适当下放、推行全科护士民主参与管理的管理模式应用于产科护理管理。结果产科在应用民主参与护理管理模式后，护理工作效率，服务态度，护理管理质量均得到明显提升。结论护士参与护理管理，能不断地锻炼护士自我管理的意识和能力，全面地提升科室的护理管理质量，是一种具有明显优越性的、确实可行的护理管理模式。

Application of democratic management in nursing supervision of obstetrics department

Objective To examine democratic management's superiority in maternity department nursing supervision. Methods The right was suitably released by head nurse to carry out entire section nurses to participate in the management, and democratic management pattern were apphed in the obstetrical nursing management. Results Obstetric care in the application of democratic participation in the management mode,improve the efficiency of care, and service attitude and the quality of nursing management. Conclusions Nurses taking part in democratic management raise the nurses' self-management consciousness constantly and improve the all-directional quality of nursing supervision in maternity department, thus, democratic management is a kind of management mode provided with obvious superiority and feasibility.
