婴幼儿先天性心脏病术后肺出血23例

目的探讨引起婴幼儿先天性心脏病术后肺出血的原因、临床特点以及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析本院23例先天性心脏病术后肺出血患儿的临床资料。结果经机械通气等综合治疗后9例存活，1例放弃治疗后死亡，13例死亡。结论早期诊断，采取合理的机械通气等综合治疗是提高婴幼儿先天性心脏病术后肺出血患儿存活率的关键。

Clinical analysis on pulmonary hemorrhage in postoperative infant with congenital heart disease

Objective The aim of this study is to summarize the causes, clinical features and treatment on pulmonary hemorrhage in postoperative infant with congenital heart diseases （CHD）. Methods To retrospectively review the clinical data of twenty-three cases of infantile pulmonary haemorrhage postoperative with CHD encountered in the hospital in past 9 years （2000 -2008）. Results Via a comprehensive therapy including mechanical ventilation, 9 patients cured, 13 died and the other one was abandoned from further thearpy. Conclusions The postoperative pulmonary haemorrhage is a severe complication for surgical treatment of CHD with great mortality. Early diagnosis and the comprehensive therapy including suitable mechanical ventilation are the key points for the decreasing of mortality.
