实习护生岗前针刺伤预防教育效果研究

目的探讨实习护生岗前针刺伤预防教育效果。方法2008级本科实习护生200名进行实习前针刺伤预防教育作为实验组，2007级本科实习护生160名不进行预防教育作为对照组，分别在实习结束时用自行设计的问卷调查，比较两组学生对针刺伤知识的掌握、乙型肝炎疫苗的接种率以及针刺伤发生率、上报率，伤后正确处理率。结果实验组对针刺伤基本知识掌握合格率100．00％、乙型肝炎疫苗接种率100．00％、针刺伤发生率50．00％、上报率100．00％、伤后正确处理率80．00％；而对照组160人中对针刺伤的基本知识掌握合格率仅为50．00％、乙型肝炎疫苗接种率40．00％、针刺伤发生率80．00％、上报率20．00％，伤后正确处理率10.00％。两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论实习护生岗前针刺伤预防教育是目前提高实习护生职业生涯防护意识，确保护生职业安全的有效途径。

The effect of precaution education on needle-injuries for nursing students before internship

Objective To explore the effect of precaution education on needle - injuries for the nursing students before internship. Methods The 200 nursing students in the experimental group received precaution education before internship. The students＇ knowledge of needle - injuries, the vaccination rate of Hepatic B,needle -injuries rate,reporting rate,and rate of correct disposal after injuries were investigated with self- designed questionnaires at the end of clinical practice. The data were compared with that of 160 nursing students in the control group. Results The students＇ pass rate of needle - injuries knowledge,vaccination rate of Hepatic B, needle- injuries rate, reporting rate and rate of correct disposal after injuries were 100.00%, 100.00% ,50.00%, 100.00% and 80.00% respectively,while 50.00% ,40.00% ,80.00% ,20.00% and 10.00% in the control group. There were significant differences between the two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions The precaution education on needle - injuries before internship is an effective means to improve the nursing students＇ consciousness of occupational precaution and ensure occupational safety.
