辅助诊断Ⅰ型永存左上腔静脉的简易超声指标

A simple parameter for auxiliary diagnosis of type I persistent left superior vena cava

Objective To find asimple parameter for auxiliary diagnosis of type I persNtent left suDerior vena cava(PLSVC).Methods The diameters of right superior vena cava(RSVC)and inferlor vena cava(RIVC)were measured at subcostal window and the ratio of RSVC/RIVC was calculated in the patients of 16 PLSVC,16 nonml and 13 congenital heart disease without PLSVC.Results There were no significant difference between the PLSVC group and other two control groups,but the RSVC and RSVC/RIVC in PLSVC group were significantlv lower than thosein other two control groups(P＜0.001).When the value of RSVC/RIVC was≤0.75,the sensitivity for auxiliary diagnosis of type I PLSVC was 87%, the specificity was 96%.Conclusion RSVC/RIVC is a simple and valuable parameter for auxiliary diagnosis of type I persistent left superior vena cava.
