卫生技术评估在医学影像中的应用现状及前景

医学影像技术的迅速发展与普及应用极大程度提高了国民健康水平,然而,伴随而来的医疗资源分布不合理、影像检查过度使用、诊断质量下降等问题严重损害了病人利益并造成国家资源浪费。卫生技术评估已成为世界发达国家制定卫生政策的重要参考,我国在这方面发展相对缓慢。通过回顾国内外卫生技术评估研究与其在医学影像中的应用现状,提出基于卫生技术评估理论与方法建立我国影像技术管理评价体系,对于指导资源合理配置、规范成像操作、提高诊断质量、促进影像技术决策转化具有重要意义。

Application and prospect of health technology assessment in medical imaging

The rapid development and widespread use of medical imaging technologies greatly improve the level of national health. However, the irrational distribution of medical resources, inncorrect use of imaging technologies and decreased quality of diagnosis seriously damage the patients' interest, and cause the waste of national medical resources. Health technology assessment has become an important part of national health decision-making in developed countries, whereas domestic developmention in this area is relatively slow. By reviewing the current development situation of health technology assessment and its application in medical imaging, we put forward to establish imaging technology management and evaluation system, which is of great significance in guiding the rational allocation of medical resources, standardizing imaging operation, improving diagnosis quality and promoting health policy transformation.
