| 摘 要： | 《2016年泌尿和男性生殖系统肿瘤WHO新分类》(第4版)较旧版分类出现许多重要变化,除在肾上皮细胞肿瘤中增加了遗传性平滑肌瘤病和肾细胞癌相关性肾细胞癌、琥珀酸脱氢酶缺陷性肾细胞癌、管状囊性肾细胞癌、获得性囊性疾病相关性肾细胞癌、透明细胞乳头状肾细胞癌5个新亚类外,另有5类肾脏肿瘤发生了重要变化,这些肾脏肿瘤的影像表现具有一定特点。结合文献报道的影像表现介绍新版WHO分类的肾脏肿瘤部分。

| Abstract: | 2016 WHO Classification of Tumours of the Urinary System and Male Genital Organs, known as the forth edition, contains many important changes compared with the third edition. Newly recognized epithelial renal tumours are hereditary leiomyomatosis and renal cell carcinoma ( RCC ) associated RCC , succinate dehydrogenase-deficient RCC , tubulocystic RCC, acquired cystic disease associated RCC, and clear cell papillary RCC. In addition, another five renal tumours have been changed a lot in the new edition, and those tumours have certain radiological characteristics. In this review we summarized the newly published classification of renal tumours and their radiological appearance. |
