健康成年人和儿童外周血淋巴细胞亚群参考区间的建立

目的建立健康成年人和儿童外周血淋巴细胞亚群百分率参考区间。方法使用荧光抗体,分别对100例不同年龄、性别的健康成年人和100例健康儿童外周血淋巴细胞亚群进行标记,采用美国BD公司的FACSCalibur型流式细胞仪进行检测并分析结果,使用SPSS17.0进行统计学处理。结果 1~5岁健康儿童总调节性T淋巴细胞(总Treg)、天然调节性T淋巴细胞(天然Treg)、诱导调节性T淋巴细胞(诱导Treg)、活化总T淋巴细胞(活化总T)、活化杀伤性T淋巴细胞(活化Ts)、纯真辅助性T淋巴细胞(纯真Th)、记忆辅助性T淋巴细胞(记忆Th)、CD8+CD28+/CD8+、CD4+CD28+/CD4+、B1淋巴细胞(B1)、转化B淋巴细胞(转化B)的95%参考范围分别为(3.41±0.81)%、(1.59±0.48)%、(1.80±0.47)%、(8.05±3.61)%、(13.81±6.86)%、(70.19±6.35)%、(29.90±6.36)%、(76.48±11.45)%、90.90%~100.00%、(10.05±3.76)%、(3.59±1.70)%。对18~65岁健康成年人分别按年龄性别制订了相应的参考范围。结论在相同地域,相同种族,可以建立健康成年人和儿童外周血淋巴细胞亚群的正常参考区间。

Establishment of reference intervals of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets in healthy adults and children

Objective To establish the percentage reference intervals of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets in healthy adults and children .Methods Peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets in 100 different sexes and ages of healthy adults and 100 healthy chil-dren were collected and labeled by fluorescent antibody ,and the detection and analysis were performed by the FACSCalibur flow cy-tometry .The statistical processing was conducted by SPSS 17 .0 software .Results The 95 % reference ranges of total Treg ,nature Treg ,inductive Treg ,activated T lymphocytes ,active Ts ,naive Th ,memory Th ,CD8+ CD28/CD8+ ,CD4+ CD28+ /CD4+ ,B1 lym-phocytes ,transformed B lymphocytes in healthy children aged 1 -5 years old were (3 .41 ± 0 .81)% ,(1 .59 ± 0 .48)% ,(1 .80 ± 0 .47 )% ,(8 .05 ± 3 .61 )% ,(13 .81 ± 6 .86 )% ,(70 .19 ± 6 .35 )% ,(29 .90 ± 6 .36 )% ,(76 .48 ± 11 .45 )% ,90 .90% -100 .00% , (10 .05 ± 3 .76)% and (3 .59 ± 1 .70)% respectively .The corresponding reference ranges in healthy adults aged 18 -65 years old were respectively formulated .Conclusion The normal reference ranges of lymphocyte subsets in healthy adults and healthy children may be established in the same area and the same race .
