| 摘 要： | 目的提高胆肠Roux-en—Y内引流术后桥袢结石诊断水平和手术处理技能。方法回顾性总结2001年5月至2005年11月8例胆肠Roux-en—Y内引流术后桥袢结石病例的临床资料。结果除1例胆肠Roux-en—Y内引流术后桥袢结石手术后并发肝肾功能衰竭死亡，其余7例均无并发症。结论胆肠Roux-en-Y内引流术后桥袢结石临床少见，易于误诊，只掌握其临床特征才能正确诊断和处理。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnosis and surgical treatment of intestinal loop stones after cholangiojejunostomy. Methods The clinical data of 8 patients with intestinal loop stones after cholangiojejunostomy treated in our hospital from May 2001 to November 2005 were retrospectively analyzed. Results One patient died of renal failure but the other 7 had no complications. Conclusions The cases of intestinal loop stones after cholangiojejunostomy are rare and easy to be misdiagnosed. Right diagnosis and treatment can be only based on mastering of its clinical features. |
